Job Description:

The Functional Analyst - HCC is part of the Information Management (IM) function. He/she is responsible for the day to day management of the Hypervision Control Center team. Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams.

The successful candidate will establish team goals by understanding the business strategy, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. He/she will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and leading the team in the right direction.

Responsibilities:

Execute & Govern the process for communicating the planned & unplanned service-impacting events via various channels; 

Effective collaboration with the Airbus internal business teams to execute and improve crisis management strategies during onboarding scoped applications 

Identify and document and communicate known defects, available workarounds, and upcoming releases expected to resolve issues based on trend analysis.

Ownership of the support processes & their compliance with processes and procedures per security perimeters and established KPIs

Accountable for trend analysis of the events and incidents and report the synopsis of the efficiencies in event management. 

Accountable for continuous service improvement function in collaboration with the service and application owners & create service improvement plans and track to closure.

Capture events through monitoring tools and processes; coordinate event response across all functional and technical towers for effective incident resolution. 

Must be able to work within an agile organisation, think strategically and identify opportunities for optimization.

Identify, manage and resolve complex risks and issues, preventing escalations wherever possible.

Leader and team player – sets an example for team leads, managers, and others to follow.

Create an open, honest, accountable and collaborative team environment that aligns with Airbus Values.

Skills Requirements:

Proven track record of setting up new Integrated Command Centers for providing services that cater to large solutions and help in achieving high availability of applications through comprehensive monitoring and triage thus improving the efficiency of the business applications. 

Ability to train and develop a high performing team that should be able to own the scoped responsibilities. 

Strong domain knowledge in complex global infrastructures and support processes. 

7+ years of managing complex and multi tier command centres. 

Ability to negotiate to resolve inter and intra team conflict 

Ability to manage customer expectations in terms of initiation building and maintaining productive customer relationships.

Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
