The Gen AI Developer Specialist will design and implement Agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures, ensuring scalable and production-ready AI solutions. The role demands a strong background in workflow orchestration, LLM-powered systems, and experience managing engineering teams across various cloud platforms.
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with deep expertise in designing Agentic AI systems, multi‑agent architectures, and autonomous workflow orchestration. The ideal candidate will architect and guide the implementation of next‑generation AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool‑using agents, memory layer, knowledge orchestration layers, and enterprise‑grade AI platforms. This role requires strong hands-on experience with architectural depth, and the capability to define scalable, secure, and production‑ready AI architectures for complex enterprise environments. The candidate must bring proven experience building and deploying real‑world, production AI systems and leading cross‑functional engineering teams. Must have skills: - Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Foundry, Databricks AI/BI Genie, Agent Bricks, Snowflake Cortex AI, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) - Exposure to implementing MCP, Vector DB, tool calling and function calling, multi‑agent patterns, A2A protocol, Swarm agent architecture, and agent memory integrations - Strong background in architecting LLM‑powered systems, workflow orchestration, model integration, and enterprise AI platform design - Experience across multi‑cloud environments including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and GCP - Understanding of AI Governance, observability, safety, guardrails, and policy enforcement - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, Vector Databases, Vector Search, Embeddings - Design, test, and version-control prompt templates (e.g., Few-shot, ReAct, Chain-of-Thought) aligned with
