Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist in resolving audit findings and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a General Accounting role.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Oracle ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
