The International Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales revenue of products and services through a network of distributors and partners within an assigned territory. This role is additionally responsible for managing, protecting and growing sales revenue to existing global accounts.
What You'll Be Doing:

Meet or exceed annual sales goals

Identifies and targets revenue/growth opportunities within the region; develops and implements a detailed business sales plan to demonstrate how to maximize those revenue opportunities

Identifies key contacts and decision makers within a customer organization and develops strong trusted relationships with those contacts

Owns relationship with distributors, partners and customers and is responsible for the overall health/status of the relationship

Provides distributor & customer feedback to other parts of the organization (i.e. customer service, technical service, product, marketing, etc.) regarding product and service issues

Drives distribution accountability based on performance and distribution change through the termination, recruitment and on-boarding of partners.

Ability to negotiate sales contracts with end user customers

Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of Henny Penny products and solutions including the ability to articulate competitive differentiators and our value proposition

Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of our competitors and has in-depth understanding of competitive products in the market

Has in-depth knowledge of the food service/restaurant industry

Manages Distributor Performance Expectation (DPE) program to drive accountability and overall network improvement

Consistently models the Company Values and Expected Behaviors

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
4 to 6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food service equipment industry

Proven success negotiating contracts and closing business

Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audience

Has strong selling skills and techniques with proven success

Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams

Advanced knowledge in computer hardware and software (Microsoft Office suite)

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Must speak at least one other language other than native language
