About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Global Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our Cybersecurity Consulting Services business within Ericsson Cybersecurity Consulting FA. This role focuses on building a high-growth portfolio of consulting services and integrated security solutions, leveraging Ericsson's strengths across products, security platforms, and global service capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Maintain a strong perspective on leading Mobile Telco security trends and consulting offerings across 5G security, Zero Trust, OT security, AI security, Quantum security and more.
- Lead global revenue growth strategy for security consulting services across all Market Areas, defining KPIs, metrics, and performance targets.
- Identify and shape new business opportunities, develop compelling proposals, close deals, and form strategic alliances with partners and specialist security providers.
- Own the global security consulting portfolio including service development, pricing strategies, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
- Build and manage strategic delivery partnerships with consulting firms and niche security companies.
- Oversee P&L management, ensuring alignment to revenue goals, profitability, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
- Strengthen relationships with Customer Units, Account Managers, and Market Area leadership to drive consulting engagement pull-through.
- Lead and mentor global teams, collaborate with peer Consulting leaders and Solution Area heads, and drive excellence across regions.
- Engage with senior sales leaders to understand customer priorities and position consulting solutions to CSPs and enterprise clients.

- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and ability to translate market insights into business development strategies.
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a complex consulting or services environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex deals.
- Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams globally.
- Expertise in structuring consulting contracts and navigating multi-party agreements.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on long-term value creation and delivering results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles.
- 10+ years in telecommunications or cybersecurity with demonstrated success in security services.
- Minimum 5 years in global leadership roles with clear revenue outcomes.
- Deep understanding of telecom security across 2G/3G/4G/5G and frameworks including GSMA, 3GPP, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and other industry standards.
- Knowledge of security domains such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, SOC services, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience in service development, pricing models, and commercialization of professional services.
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills.
- Track record of managing multi-million-dollar deals through full sales cycles.
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) are an advantage.
