Job Description SummaryGE Healthcare is seeking a Global Marketing Analytics Director to lead and evolve our marketing analytics strategy. This role is key to our global digital marketing efforts, collaborating across regional marketing teams, central marketing segment teams, central marketing operations and IT to standardize processes, consolidate data, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and data visualization.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Global Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with marketers globally to understand their needs for KPIs, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Foster alignment across regional and segment teams to define and implement standardized KPIs.
  • Serve as a member of the data governance board to uphold data quality and integrity.

Data Strategy and Standardization:

  • Identify and document data requirements for reporting on global marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with IT and martech teams to consolidate data from diverse internal and external sources into a centralized data lake.
  • Work with marketers to standardize data capture, categorization, and organization across regions and segments.

Dashboard Development and Visualization:

  • Lead the design and development of global marketing dashboards, leveraging PowerBI to visualize insights.
  • Oversee the creation of segment-specific, region-specific, and event-focused dashboards to meet diverse business needs.
  • Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Advanced Analytics and Insights:

  • Transition from dashboard development to in-depth analysis, interpreting results, and making strategic recommendations to optimize marketing performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular insights to key stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering their professional growth and performance.
  • Plan for future team expansion to support evolving business needs.

Tool Proficiency and Integration:

  • Utilize and ensure proficiency in PowerBI; experience with additional visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Leverage knowledge of core tools such as Marketo and Salesforce to drive integration and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Advanced degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of building and managing global analytics initiatives.
    • Expertise in digital marketing channels and campaign measurement.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in PowerBI or equivalent visualization tools.
    • Strong understanding of Marketo and Salesforce platforms.
    • Experience working with technical teams on data lakes and data governance.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, global environments.
    • Collaborative mindset with a strong aptitude for aligning diverse teams and perspectives.
