As a Global Workforce Screening Manager within the Global Security team, you will report directly to the GWS Manager of Global Workforce Screening Administration. Under limited supervision, you will lead a team responsible for determining access and work eligibility through new hire screening, rescreening efforts for current employees, and contingent workers, ensuring compliance with U.S. and regional laws and JPMC policies. A successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, business management, change management, and project management skills, consistently focusing on delivering quality results.

The Global Security (GS) team protects the firm's people and assets, ensuring the safety of business operations through the implementation of technology, best-in-class talent and client collaboration. Teams are responsible for developing safety policies and procedures, customer safety, pre-employment screening, fraud investigations and security operations on a global basis.

As a Global Workforce Screening Manager within the Global Security team, you will report directly to the GWS Manager of Global Workforce Screening Administration. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of GWS support.
- Understand, manage, and execute JPMC standards, policies, and guidelines related to the screening of candidates, contingent workers, and existing employees.
- Maintain documentation related to processes and adhere to formal change management protocols.
- Participate in various working groups and act as a representative for the screening process.
- Manage daily communication with key stakeholders and internal/external partners.
- Identify process improvements and implement process changes.
- Process screening transactions in a backup capacity.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience managing/supervising in an operations environment.
- Intermediate to advanced technical skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint (e.g., Pivot Tables, V-Lookup) required.
- Proven ability to quickly master a complete understanding of internal and external processes and procedures.
- Ability to identify risks and implement controls.
- Demonstrated management skills and partnership building.
- Ability to lead training sessions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
