Key responsibilities

  • Research and track central, state, and sector-specific government startup schemes, grants, and funding programs
  • Identify eligibility criteria, benefits, timelines, and application processes for relevant schemes
  • Prepare presentations (PPTs) and concise reports summarizing funding opportunities for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing application documents, concept notes, pitch decks, and supporting information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect required data for funding applications
  • Maintain a database of government schemes, deadlines, and application status
  • Monitor updates from government portals such as Startup India, MSME, MeitY, DPIIT, and state startup missions
  • Good understanding of startup ecosystem and basic funding concepts
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with Startup India, MSME, DPIIT, or state startup portals
  • Exposure to government policies, grants, subsidies, or funding programs


Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Finance, Management, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of the startup ecosystem, government funding schemes, and grant frameworks
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good documentation, report writing, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to prepare structured presentations, pitch decks, and summary reports
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote or dynamic environment
