At Multiplier, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to lead payroll processing for our Latin America region. This is a critical role that requires expertise in two or more Latam countries, with a strong focus on delivering timely and accurate payroll services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in remote environments, with exceptional communication skills and a self-starting attitude. Experience in Employee of Record (EOR) or in-house payroll environments is highly desirable. The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
Skills & QualificationExpertise in one or more Latin American countries, including knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in business-level English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience working in a remote environment, with strong self-starter skills and accountability.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, and employees.
Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues, providing guidance and support to local teams as needed.
Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to local teams.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, highlighting payroll-related trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
