Graduate Trainee - GISOCC IS Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

> Work in 24x7 environment

> Operational support for NAC  by using tools Cisco Identity Service Engine

> Operational support for LAN by using tools Cisco Prime

>Operational support for WLAN by using tools  Cisco Prime

>KPI Reporting preparation and publishing to stakeholders

>System Admin tasks in CPI3.3

>Work procedure documentation

>Work under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines

Experince:

• 0 to 1 years of experience in the infrastructure  industry LAN  Network operations support.

• Good understanding of the infrastructure networking fundamentals . 

• Good knowledge of Cisco LAN concepts and hardware.

• Good knowledge of Cisco WLAN concepts and hardwares.

• Good Knowledge in RADIUS,TACACS+,802.1x,AAA

• Good Knowledge in Cisco ISE (Policy,Profiling,Rules)

• Knowledge in VoIP

• Knowledge of WAN architecture and infra.

• Ability to work under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to interface with the Client/Vendor team and get the issues resolved.

• Identifying issues, risks and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriate.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills is a must

• Knowledge in Linux will be an advantage

• Knowledge in IP address Management will be an advantage.
