Driving better decisions with the power of AI, engineering, and behavioral science. We are looking for a driven Sales Manager (Hunter) to fuel our growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our footprint within strategic accounts.Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business
- Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with CXOs
- Lead demand generation teams and plan outreach within defined industries
- Collaborate with solution and consulting teams to position Fractal’s AI, Analytics, and Design-led and Product offerings
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions to successful closure
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership efforts
- 8-10 years of proven B2B sales experience (consulting, AI/analytics preferred)
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new logos
- Strong network and ability to open doors within enterprise accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Domain knowledge in TMT, Healthcare, BFSI, High-Tech, or Insurance is a plus
- MBA or relevant quantitative degree preferred
