- Service desk & 1 st LA team.
- IM-PM-CM team.
- Operations Control team.
What you will do:
Head of Common Area Ops reports directly to Head of Operations within SD A&P unit and has the following responsibilities:
- Line Management of SD A&P Ops Common Area Operations function.
- Ensure that all agreed Operational deliveries meet or exceed the SLA targets.
- Ensure 24X7 availability of all critical business deliveries.
- Ensure optimum resource utilization for all teams within the span.
- Ensure all agreed deliveries are met within the allocated budget. Drive performance governance with DP heads for all tools & applications.
- Ensure compliance to all SDA&P Ops processes.
- Support DP heads in their governance with BA/MA stakeholders.
- Support internal stakeholders from Platform & Security, Int & Dev, PMO unit etc, wherever needed.
- Ensure 100% compliance of all resources within the span towards COBE & integrity, and execute consequence management as per guidelines, wherever required.
- Drive Competence & Skills development of resources within span.
- Drive innovation through GenAI etc to achieve head count & cost efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree in IT/CSE/ECE fields.
- MBA or equivalent Post Grad. Degree/Diploma in relevant fields.
- Good knowledge of ITIL.
- Prior work experience of Line Manager.
- Knowledge of Ericsson business environment; Knowledge on SD A&P WoW & processed will be an added advantage.
- Over 13 years' experience in Operational deliveries.
- Knowledge about relevant standards such as ISO9001 & EGMS etc.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented and a strong team player.
- Experience in customer presentations.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
