We are seeking a dynamic Head of Customer Relations to lead our customer engagement and demand planning efforts across Central Asia and India. This role is critical in building trusted partnerships with key customers while ensuring smooth alignment between commercial, operational, and service functions.

What you’ll do
  • Drive customer engagement strategies, acting as a trusted partner for strategic accounts in Central Asia & India.

  • Align customer demand with regional sales goals, global business centers (GBCs), and service line management.

  • Ensure smooth coordination across sales, service, and operations to meet evolving customer needs.

  • Translate customer insights into actions that improve reliability, performance, and service delivery across the mining equipment lifecycle.

  • Oversee contracts with Sales throughout their lifecycle (creation, negotiation, execution, monitoring, renewal/termination).

  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering collaboration and customer focus.

What you bring
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management, or related field.

  • 5–10 years of customer-facing experience in B2B operations or supply chain (mining or heavy industry preferred).

  • Proven relationship-building skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with PDM, ERP, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Track record of growing and engaging teams.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across Central Asia & India.
