Job Description Manages all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes including financial and capital expenditures reporting. Manages the annual planning processes including salary, fixed asset, capital expenditure and detailed planning by center. Conducts in-depth comparison analyses on actual performance results compared to annual plan, forecasts, and prior period results. Consults with the line of business head on projections and results making recommendations for improvement as necessary. Coordinates and/or conducts accounting policy reviews for compliance with Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) rules and Corporate Accounting policy. Creates profitability analyses and financial models as needed. Performs analysis and reporting for large projects including acquisitions and divestitures. Manages a team of Finance Managers and Finance Analysts.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- 15 or more years of relevant financial management experience
- Eight or more years of management experience
