Assistant Homologation
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue vehicle registration and homologation documents.
- Process Certificates of Conformity (COC), import/export certificates, and vehicle modification authorizations.
- Support customers, distributors, and authorities with registration queries.
- Resolve vehicle registration issues and administrative blockages.
- Manage documentation, invoicing follow-up, and data updates.

- Technical or administrative background
- Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficiency with computer applications and administrative systems
✅ Automotive industry experience is a plus
