Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with IT leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on organisation design, workforce planning and capability building.

  • Support business transformation, restructuring and change management initiatives.

Talent Management

  • Involved in annual talent review, succession planning and leadership assessment processes.

  • Drive identification and development of critical talent and successors for key roles.

  • Partner with leaders on career development and internal mobility strategies.

  • Support execution of individual development plans and leadership development initiatives

Organization Effectiveness

  • Advise leaders on organization design, team effectiveness and workforce productivity.

  • Facilitate organizational diagnostics and recommend interventions to improve performance.

  • Support integration of new teams, technologies and operating models.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning.

  • Coach leaders on creating an inclusive, high-performance culture.

  • Support DE&I priorities and employee listening mechanisms.

Leadership Coaching

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee relations and talent decisions.

  • Build manager capability through leadership and people-focused programs.

Performance & Rewards

  • Drive performance management processes, calibration discussions and differentiation.

  • Partner with Compensation and Benefits teams on reward and recognition strategies.

Workforce Analytics

  • Analyse workforce metrics including attrition, hiring, diversity, engagement and talent indicators.

  • Use data to identify trends and recommend actions to leadership teams.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage sensitive employee relations matters with appropriate judgement and confidentiality.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.

  • Partner with legal, compliance and employee relations stakeholders when required.

Talent Acquisition Partnership

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams on hiring strategies, external pipelining and critical role fulfilment.

  • Support employer branding and workforce expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related discipline.

  • MBA / Master's degree in HR preferred from reputed college or university.

  • 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering.

  • Experience supporting Technology, Digital, Software Engineering or IT organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations and organization development.
