JOB PUPOSE: 

The people partner provides HR expertise to individuals, allowing the business and employees to have direct attention. You will support team initiatives with Key Employee Moments. You will also collaborate with other HR pillars and managers to act on the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • HR Front Face for a specific role/area in everything related to HR operations 

  • Engagement strategy and organizational culture 

  • Labor Relations and Union Management/Negotiations 

  • Carries out the processes associated with KEMs together with the extended HR team 

  • Identifies opportunities and needs in the People agenda and directs them to the HR Lead. 

  • Collaborates with the HR Lead in transformation projects in the area they support according to need 

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audits (FDA, LFT, STPS) 

  • Carries out operational and compliance processes 

  • Supports LM in talent management processes, BI Cases 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:  

SKILLS: 

  • Ability to make constructive challenges with impact (HRBP).  

  • Labor relations management 

  • Stakeholder Management & Influencing 

  • Change Management 

  • Prioritize and raise your hand to ask for help or communicate risks 

  • Be able to build a people agenda with impact on the business 

  • Build and understand people analytics for the construction of the people agenda 

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience 

  • University degree
