Key Responsibilities:
- Roll out offer letters and manage offer acceptance and follow-ups
- Handle end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment coordination
- Strong experience in offer management and onboarding processes.

- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
