Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support the hiring team in identifying and engaging potential candidates from the provided market database. The intern will connect with candidates, convert them into prospective employees, and coordinate interview schedules.
Duration: 30 Days/60 Days/90 Days
Location: On-site - Delhi NCR/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Chandigarh/Mohali
Stipend: As per company norms
Key Responsibilities
Utilize the provided database to source and connect with candidates
Engage and convert potential candidates through calls/emails
Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain candidate records and follow-up updates
Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities
