Manage the complete HR function in a manufacturing or textile environment, including HR operations, payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, PF/ESI administration, recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR reporting. Coordinate with Accounts, EPFO, and ESIC authorities while using Zoho Payroll/HRMS and Advanced Excel.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, PF, ESI, Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete HR function in a manufacturing/textile environment.
Requirements
- MBA / PGDM – HR preferred
- MSW / MA HR / MHRM / relevant degree
- Strong practical experience in HR, Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
