Job Summary

We are seeking an HRIS & Analytics Specialist to support the day-to-day administration of HR systems and data analytics processes. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, ensuring system security, and facilitating the operation of interfaces and automation. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Modify existing reports to ensure accurate data representation and compliance.
  • Manage mass change requests in HR systems.
  • Configure and test system changes while maintaining data security protocols.
  • Perform data analysis, generate reports, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital HR improvements.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of system changes and upgrades.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, system configuration, or data analytics.
  • Knowledge of system security, data governance, and system integration.
  • Technical competence with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
  • Experience in tools for data management and reporting, including:
    • Microsoft Excel (Advanced) – Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros (VBA), complex formulas, and dynamic charts.
    • Power BI – Creating interactive dashboards and reports.
    • SharePoint or OneDrive – Organizing and storing HR reports for collaboration.
    • SQL (Basic – Intermediate, optional) – Extracting and manipulating HR data from databases.
    • Python or R (Basic - Intermediate, optional) – For data processing and predictive analytics.
    • ETL Tools (Alteryx, Talend, SSIS, or others, optional) – Automating data cleaning and transformation.
    • HRIS Reporting Modules (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, optional) – Experience generating internal HR reports
