- Lead and actively participate in the end-to-end implementation of D365 FO projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including consultants, analysts, and developers.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, specializing in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and GST compliance.
- Experience with Tax GST implementations in D365 (Indian Localization is added advantage)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Lead problem-solving efforts, addressing technical and functional challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- D365 FO Implementation experience, exposure to configuration setups.
- Project Management and Accounting module experience is added advantage.
Requirements:
- 6-12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Finance, with a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end implementations.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing D365 FO modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and GST.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in leading project teams and managing client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert (required).
