We are looking for a high-impact Implementation Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to drive successful customer deployments and strategic learning transformations.
This role requires strong functional consulting capabilities, executive presence to lead CXO-level workshops, and the ability to position productized upskilling solutions for large enterprises. The consultant will work closely with customers’ L&D, HR, and Talent teams to implement and optimize the Disprz LMS & LXP platform.
Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise LMS & LXP Implementation
Lead end-to-end functional implementation of LMS and LXP solutions.
Conduct requirement discovery workshops with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into scalable, product-aligned configurations.
Design learning journeys, competency frameworks, certification programs, and role-based academies.
Drive adoption strategies for large, distributed workforces.
2. CXO-Level Engagement & Advisory
Conduct strategic workshops with CHROs, CLOs, and Business Heads.
Present ROI-driven learning transformation roadmaps.
Influence L&D leaders to shift from traditional training to productized, outcome-based upskilling models.
Act as a trusted advisor on digital learning maturity and capability building.
3. Talent & Organizational Development Consulting
Align LMS/LXP implementations with talent management frameworks.
Map competencies, career paths, and skill taxonomies.
Support succession planning and internal mobility through skill-based learning architecture.
Contribute to organization-wide capability transformation initiatives.
4. Solution Configuration & Optimization
Rapidly learn and master Disprz LMS & LXP capabilities.
Ensure best-practice configurations rather than over-customization.
Identify automation opportunities and scalable implementation models.
Drive continuous improvement based on adoption analytics.
5. Stakeholder & Project Management
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams.
Manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously.
Ensure timely delivery with high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
Preferred: HR degree from a premier institute (e.g., Tier-1 B-school).
4–8 years of experience in:
Enterprise LMS and/or LXP implementation
Talent Management and Organizational Development
1–2 years of experience in a Big4 consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) preferred.
Strong understanding of:
    • Learning architecture & digital learning ecosystems
    • Competency frameworks & skill-based organizations
    • Performance management integration
    • HRIS integrations and enterprise SaaS environments
