Implementation Manager – Enterprise LMS & LXPRole Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Implementation Manager to lead enterprise-scale Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) implementations. This role combines consulting, solution design, project management, and stakeholder engagement to enable organizations to transform their learning ecosystems through scalable digital learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will partner with enterprise customers to understand their business objectives, design learning architectures, configure product capabilities, and ensure successful adoption while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise LMS & LXP Implementation- Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise LMS and LXP solutions across multiple customer engagements.
- Conduct discovery workshops with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and business stakeholders to understand organizational learning requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, product-aligned solution designs and platform configurations.
- Drive implementation best practices while ensuring alignment with standard product capabilities.
- Develop user adoption and change management strategies for large, geographically distributed workforces.
- Engage with CHROs, CLOs, HR Directors, and Business Leaders to understand strategic capability-building objectives.
- Facilitate executive workshops focused on digital learning transformation and workforce development.
- Present implementation roadmaps, success metrics, and ROI-driven recommendations.
- Advise customers on transitioning from traditional training models to scalable, outcome-based learning ecosystems.
- Serve as a trusted consultant throughout the customer transformation journey.
- Configure LMS and LXP solutions using product best practices while minimising unnecessary customisations.
- Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities and recommend optimal implementation approaches.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor adoption metrics, learner engagement, and platform utilisation to recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide implementation feedback and enhancement recommendations.
- Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Technical Consultants.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive project updates.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout implementation and post-go-live transition.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred qualification from a premier institution or Tier-1 business school.
- 4–8 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Enterprise LMS implementation
- Learning Experience Platform (LXP) implementation

- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and large-scale digital transformation programmes is desirable.
