Team is looking for an experienced SAP Finance Senior Software Engineer who will contribute to the S4 implementation, support and maintenance.
This role requires extensive SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, coupled with strong expertise in SAP FICO, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of AR business processes and hands-on experience managing complex upstream and downstream system integrations and interfaces.
What you'll do:
- Work as an Individual contributor on SAP Finance & Accounts Receivable (AR) business processes (S4 and ECC) of Walmart.
- Bring best in class consulting experience in SAP Finance & AR and proven track record of S4 HANA implementation experience.
- Ability to work independently in all phases of projects starting from business requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing (Integration, Regression, UAT), Data loads and cutover, Go live and hyper care.
- Contributes to Solution architecture/design for Accounts Receivable business processes.
- Brings best practice of AR, retail and other domains and brings adoption of the same.
- Bring innovative solutions, automation in SAP deployments.
- Provide Recommendations to business problems with pro and cons.
- Should possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in customer centric environment.
- Build a good rapport with business community, cross functional teams and program leadership.
- Should have strong articulation skills and stakeholder management.
- Should be able to own end to end responsibility for AR solution being deployed in S4 HANA and existing ECC systems.
- Responsible for analyzing, solutioning, designing, configuring, enhancing, and testing the integrated AR solution for US, Canada, Mexico, CAM and other countries along with cross functional knowledge
- Responsible for Accelerator configuration, FI, AR & SD set-up and related master data that meets the US and Canada legal/business/usability requirements.
What will you bring:
- Expertise in AR and its application in SAP Finance modules and aligned business processes to support Business invoicing/ Cash application business process
- S4 HANA experience is mandatory.
- Expensive experience implementing AR solutions in SAP for US, Canada, Puerto Rico and other countries with upstream/ downstream interface experience
- Extensive experience in implementing E Invoicing as per LTAM legal requirement and integration with Fiscal systems
- Extensive experience of SAP FI AR Configuration, and GL/MM/SD Pricing along with related master data.
- Knowledge of Lockbox setup, Cash application and AR reporting.
- Ability to understand complex business/AR requirements within the business processes and communicate effectively with a non-technical audience.
- Design, build and support integrations to external AR systems where needed.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation according to the project methodology for all aspects of requirements, development, testing and implementation.
- Knowledge on FSCM is added advantage.
- B.E./MBA/CA/ICWA/ professional with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of S4 HANA Implementation of AR & FICO in reputed global organization.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in Finance.
- Minimum experience of 4+ implementation projects.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience across all SAP Finance modules and DevOps methodology.
- Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA, Charm, ALM.
- Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
