Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring deliverables are met with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the design and development of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Manage SQL-based data extractions and ensure database integrity.
- Drive business insights through data mining and advanced analytics techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide training and mentoring to upskill team members.
- Contribute to process improvements and establish best practices for data management
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
Essential:
- 5–8 years of total experience in data analytics, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Macros & VBA), SQL, Power BI., Tableau
- Strong experience in team handling, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into business strategy.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
