The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Job Description

  • Knowledge of Drawing study , GD&T , MSA and SPC
  • Knowledge of 7QC tools, PPAP , APQP ,FMEA and 8D
  • Handling of measurement instruments and equipment’s like Contour , VMM and CMM
  • Define measurement method and Inspect the parameters available in Drawing
  • Arrange and co-ordinate for containment actions in-house.
  • Handling Supplier Parts Quality issues
  • Working in shifts
  • Proficiency in handling software MS-Office and SAP
  • Good proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi languages
  • Ontime release of Inspection report
  • Measurement co-relation between suppliers and Bosch
  • Effective Containment actions on time
  • Follow-up and closure of 8D with in due time
