- Build trust through personalized interactions, proactive follow-ups, and responsive communication.
- Address customer queries through calls, emails, and messaging platforms while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, opportunity stages, and customer feedback within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and efficient service delivery.
- Share customer insights and feedback to support improvements across product, operations, and customer experience functions.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and service offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Consistently manage and nurture the sales pipeline while maintaining high service standards.
- 2–6 years of experience in consultative sales, advisory services, customer engagement, counseling, or relationship management roles.
- Strong ability to build trust and influence decisions through education rather than aggressive selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Indian language.
- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable explaining complex financial, legal, or technical concepts in a simple and relatable manner.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual meeting tools, and productivity applications.
- Customer-centric mindset with a high degree of empathy, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client conversations and opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve targets while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
