We are seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, engage prospective customers, schedule meetings, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively Identify and qualify potential cybersecurity sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media (Google, LinkedIn, etc) and other channels.
- Reach out to prospective customers and introduce company services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and discussions for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with leads to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Prepare and share sales activity reports as needed.
Requirements
Industry Preference: IT Services / Technology / Cybersecurity (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-calling, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in handling outbound calls and customer interactions.
- Target-oriented with good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
