Job Purpose
We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern in delivering impactful talent and culture initiatives for Haleon Singapore. The Intern will work under supervision of the HR Business Partner for Singapore and collaborate with other functions including Workplace Services, HR Business Partners in other Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets, and culture and engagement leads.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to:
- Design, organize, and implement activities to drive inclusivity and engagement at Asia House such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and International Women’s Day
- Support in implementing SEAT-wide talent initiatives
- Design, organize, and implement intern engagement and employer brand initiatives
Learning Outcomes
You will be able to:
- Learn about the consumer health industry and our purpose to deliver better everyday health with humanity
- Practice business partnering by understanding business needs and designing interventions to address them
- Sharpen project and stakeholder management skills in practice
Why You?
We are looking for students who have these competencies:
Business Skills and Competencies:
- Undergraduate in Psychology, Business, or related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, i.e. Excel and Powerpoint
- Eye for design and proficiency in layouting and photo and video editing tools preferred (i.e. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Final Cut)
Behavioral Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve
- Strong drive for performance and attention to details
