As a Data Analytics lead in Business Management you will be contributing to the overall success of the Asset and Wealth Management Line of Business by partnering with functional areas (Control Management, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Data Governance, Technology etc.) to ensure business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/ delivered in compliance with governing regulations and policies.
You will be instrumental in assisting/advising senior management and in coordinating the deployment of the bank's corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Utilize advanced analytics and visualization platforms like Python, Alteryx, and Tableau to solve complex business problems, leveraging strategic data sources and AI/ML modeling for insight generation.
• Ownership and Proactivity: Ensure data analysis accuracy and timeliness, taking initiative in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex data findings to diverse stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectives.
• Process Improvement and Risk Management: Engage in initiatives to enhance business processes, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure operational integrity.
• Program Management and Leadership: Lead multiple projects with a focus on timely and budget-compliant completion, while managing teams and developing talent.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic priorities and engage with global stakeholders to address challenges and implement best practices.
• Metrics and Reporting: Produce key metrics and presentations for senior management, ensuring attention to detail and logical thought processes in reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Educational and Professional Background: Holds a Bachelor's/Master's degree with over 15 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
• Leadership and Results Orientation: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of delivering results on time, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Communication and Synthesis Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize work into executive summaries, briefs, and reports.
• Detail-Oriented and Proactive: Organized approach to controls and risk management, with a proactive attitude and ability to provide value-added support.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Structured problem-solving skills with proficiency in detailed analytics and issue identification.
• Business Acumen and Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong business acumen and technical literacy, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and understand market trends in Asset and Wealth Management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Collaboration and Timely Delivery: Experienced in working with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of reporting platforms and dashboards.
• Process Improvement and Innovation: Skilled in identifying areas for process improvement and enhancing efficiencies through innovative solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Private Banking/Asset & Wealth Management and client relationship management is advantageous.
• Adaptability and Independence: Capable of working under minimal supervision, adapting to demanding environments, and maintaining a detail-oriented, results-focused. Required experience with Tableau, data wrangling tools like Alteryx/Python, and proficiency in SQL, with additional experience in data warehouse systems and reporting tools being advantageous. approach.
