Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, software, security, backups, disaster recovery, printers, gadgets, email accounts, and Tally server maintenance. Develop IT policies, troubleshoot performance issues, support departmental technology needs, manage vendors and budgets, oversee network and payment tracking, and recommend technology upgrades. Also create social media posters and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and support their tech needs
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades
- Maintain social media updates like creating posters and posting in LinkedIn on everyday basis
- Taking responsibilities over CUG Payments and track of issuance on every month.
- Email ID creations for new employees with approval from CEO.
- Printer takeover (Service & maintenance).
- Software maintenance like Tally server.
- Network Maintenance such as follow up with Wi-Fi payments and activeness every month.
- Gadget maintenance at all respective sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Experience with systems like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization tools
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus.
