Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java core development and Oracle SQL, with over 8 plus years of professional experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leadership role within a collaborative environment where your expertise will be highly valued and impactful.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- More than 8 years of experience in Java core development.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Oracle SQL.
- Proven experience with Java frameworks and libraries.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Optional Skills:
- Experience with WildFly server.
- Knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
