We are looking for a high-energy, experienced, customer-focused Jira Developer.

You will be responsible for delivering Atlassian expertise and skills to meet our client’s implementation and migartion needs. You will partner closely with a Cprime Solution Architect to align on solution planning and project delivery, including managing project and program timelines, project scope, fielding client requests, budgets, and project scope creep.

*This job is based in Chennai and you will have to work US hours*

What you will do:

• Setting up new environments to host Atlassian applications, including Server and Data Center
• Assisting clients with new environment setup based on best practices and recommendations
• Installations and configurations of new Atlassian applications
• Upgrades of existing Atlassian applications to the latest versions
• Migrations of existing Atlassian applications from existing environments to new environments
• Consolidations of multiple Atlassian applications and environments
• Migrations from 3rd party tools into Atlassian applications
• Migrations to/from Atlassian Cloud
• Installations and configurations of third-party add-ons for Atlassian tools to provide enhanced capabilities
• Provide support to client administrators and users to ensure the success of implemented solutions
• Troubleshoot various issues and problems and design creative technical solutions

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience with configuration, administration, and migration of Atlassian products such as Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd-party add-ons
• 3+ years of experience with Python Scripting
• Have a conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
