Manage Salesforce and Atlassian PPC data quality for licensing and renewals: monitor error queues, triage and correct records, remove duplicates, maintain account mappings, escalate defects, report trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce manual effort.

Lead hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation across core apps, custom scoped apps, portals, and integrations. Design scalable solutions, build REST/SOAP integrations, develop Employee Center and CSM portals, enforce code quality and upgrade-safe patterns, optimize platform performance and CMDB integrity, and mentor junior engineers while conducting code reviews and technical design work.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Atlassian platforms (Jira, JSM, Confluence). Administer configurations, workflows, automations, scripting, integrations, and migrations (Server/Data Center to Cloud). Lead end-to-end ServiceNow technical architecture and delivery across Now Platform product lines. Design scalable solutions, integrations, data and security models, and portal experiences (Employee Center and CSM). Enforce platform standards, lead workshops and design reviews, provide hands-on development for complex builds, mentor teams, and mitigate technical debt to ensure upgrade-safe, maintainable implementations.
