Advises customers on cloud financial management and TBM operating models, leads workshops and solution architecture, mentors consultants, supports presales, and develops reusable delivery methodologies. Works across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments while integrating Cloudability and Apptio One for comprehensive technology cost transparency.

Manage Salesforce and Atlassian PPC data quality for licensing and renewals: monitor error queues, triage and correct records, remove duplicates, maintain account mappings, escalate defects, report trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce manual effort.
