Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior engineer- Process Engineering in Coimbatore.
What a typical day looks like:
Knowledge in DFM & DFA methodologies, PCB Fabrication analysis , PCBA assembly analysis , DRC check etc..
Skilled in process, such as: Stencil Fabrications, Solder paste printing, SMT process, Through Component soldering, ICT , Functional Test , Box Build Assembly and PCB Fabrications.
Should have very good knowledge in IPC standards. Knowledge in PCB layers, PCB design and electronics component packages in all levels.
Knowledge in DFx tools and hands on experience in DFM module software such Vayopro, Valor NPI etc..
Aptitude to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process
. Knowledge & direct experience in NPI operations and manufacturing engineering.
Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problems Experience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban and Lean manufacturing principals.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment Work with other engineering team members to improve existing design or Process.
Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY. Good analytical skills. Reporting & Decision-making skills.
Design for Manufacturing, PCBA- Assembly process, SMT Process, PTH Assembly Process, Understanding of PCB cad data. Knowledge in PCBA Assembly design guidelines.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Candidates Must from BE/Btech Electronics Manufacturing / Process Engineering field
0-2 year of experience in PCBA Process / Manufacturing / Assembly Process
Experienced in technical document preparation.
Knowledge in SMT process
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment Work with other engineering team members to improve existing design or Process.
Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook Excellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY. Good analytical skills. Reporting & Decision-making skills.
Should have good Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word skills .
Should be open for Night Shift.
