Junior Quality Analyst

We are currently seeking a Junior Quality Analyst to join our team in Chennai. These are hybrid roles, requiring in-office presence for 2 days per week.

Your key responsibilities as a Junior Quality Analyst will be:

• You will manage client model portfolios, including new client setups, fee calculations, and fund weightings
• You do regular platform checks and post-rebalancing checks to ensure data accuracy
• You generate monthly reports such as factsheets for client portfolios
• You should identify and address data inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and missing information
• You will participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate and achieve targets
• You ensure accurate data integration for new clients and conduct onboarding checks
• You will provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries
• You should validate daily, weekly, and monthly workloads, and document them in designated systems
• You are tracking and reporting on team productivity and key metrics
• You conduct regular data quality checks and bi-monthly token checks
• You are maintaining yearly precision schedules and monitoring the sampling tool for issues
• You must collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
  

To join us as Junior Quality Analyst you will need the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a finance specialisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively
• Experience in the financial services industry (preferred but not mandatory)
