Job Description
Your mission at IntegriChain:
The mission of this role is to help grow and evolve the IntegriChain product set via leading product development efforts at IntegriChain, ensuring overall client satisfaction.
What this role entails:
- Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, grooming/brainstorming sessions, and retrospective meetings
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team(s) and the organization and coaching the team(s) to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team/organization.
- Schedule and work with all the stakeholders to complete the Release planning for various products at a time
- Ensure a good working relationship between the stakeholders: engineering team, product owners, implementation team, as well as with the bigger ecosystem
- Support the team members to adhere to the standard processes and deliver quality product releases with eminent collaboration
- Be delivery focused - always be aware of the expectations and challenges, suggesting creative solutions in handling the change
- Supporting the Product Owner and Product Manager, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
What success looks like in this role:
- Develops positive relationships with team members and leadership, and proactively works with all to clear blockers and minimize team interruptions
- Understands and tracks team interdependencies, raising issues as soon as identified
- Evaluates Agile practice within team(s) while simultaneously ensuring consistent and predictable quality delivery
Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the table:
- CSM® or CSM, equivalent Scrum Master certification required
- 0-3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with software product development teams who were diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
- Knowledge of Agile practices
- Proven capability to elevate agile practices within the teams
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets/MS Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, story point assignment, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Experience creating, maintaining, and utilizing metrics for the team
- Experience working with large and/or multiple teams and previous experience working with multiple geographies/time zones highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills are required
