What you'll do:
You will lead the sales activities for designated key accounts, formulating, developing, and implementing sales strategies and forecasts. You will execute trade marketing strategies in key account stores across the country and develop trading terms in consultation with the Sales Director. Additionally, you will lead a virtual key account team, including members from various functions, to support key account operations.
In detail, you will:
Ensure that account sales targets and A/R targets are achieved each month
Be responsible for account sales forecasting, planning and implementation
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for account aligned with the company’s direction to achieve desired results.
Initiate, plan, develop, coordinate and execute sales policies and programs for the account including joint promotions, marketing, sales and product training for store sales staff of the account
Analyze sales statistics to formulate policies and assist dealers in promoting sales
Review and analyze the market to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates
Regularly visit clients to maintain strong relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to evaluate competitor activities
Co-conceptualize and implement sales promotion campaigns for the accounts together with the Product & Marketing teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales or key account management, preferably within the appliance industry and/or FMCG
Commercially focused with strong financial understanding
Results-driven and able to influence for results at all levels
Well-developed communication and leadership skills
Enjoys creating and maintaining strong customer relationships
Able to seek, interpret and develop insights from data and are comfortable with analytical work
Willing to travel frequently on field
Good command of English – all internal communication, materials, and training sessions are conducted in English, as part of operating within an international company environment.
Salary for this position is between 33 375,00 and 55 625,00 EUR annually - depending on the experience of a candidate.
