We are looking for a L2 Portal Case Support Senior Associate to join our Service Delivery Quality team at AHI within our Technology Enabled Services division. Your job will include trending of root causes across the L2 team to inform educational opportunities for clients and direct client supporting teams as well as operational teams.  In addition this position will take on the management of some of the most complex issues/escalation that need deep knowledge, understanding, and coordination across L1, L3 and any other team to ensure that effective resolutions are reached.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive execution and completion of projects that solve operational and workflow gaps for new or phasing-out products and services aligning with business need
  • Manage large scale, multi phased projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prioritize projects based on scope, schedule and business need
  • Directly influence cross-functional teams to implement specific components of project plans
  • Identify metrics and define criteria to create transparency and visibility into project success and/or improvement areas.
  • Excellent program development, project management and organizational skills
  • Solid understanding of basic statistical terms and ability to analyze complex data, trends, and the metrics associated with inter-relating processes
  • High level of self-awareness, and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics; strong written and verbal skills
  • Dedication to continuous improvement of processes and ourselves to support athena’s mission

Education & Experience Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred & 5+ years of equivalent industry experience.  
  • Earn either a “meets” or above on most recent performance appraisal. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)  
  • Strong communication and business writing skills   
  • Understanding of various instructional methods and ability to use them to meet a myriad of learning styles.
