Manage enterprise network infrastructure and lead L1/L2 engineers in operational activities. Support Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, wireless, routing, switching, firewall, authentication, and network management environments. Perform advanced troubleshooting, upgrades, change management, reporting, firewall reviews, and ITIL processes while maintaining factory network uptime. Coordinate escalations with internal teams and vendors and support information security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure operations
- Lead and coordinate L1 and L2 engineers for day-to-day operational activities
- Implement and support wireless infrastructure solutions (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus)
- Handle advanced troubleshooting for routing, switching, wireless, and firewall-related issues
- Manage routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and HSRP
- Configure and troubleshoot VLAN, VRF, VXLAN, VPN, VPC, VDC, and Port Channels
- Support Cisco SDA, DNA Center, Cisco Prime, NCM, and IPAM environments
- Manage Cisco ISE, AD integration, wired/wireless authentication, and guest portal configurations
- Configure and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass and OnGuard solutions
- Perform IOS upgrades, firmware updates, and change management activities
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports, SLA reports, inventory reports, and firewall reports
- Conduct firewall rule reviews, security baseline reviews, and support information security initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for critical network issues and escalations
- Ensure uptime and operational stability across factory network environments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure operations
- CCNP Certification is mandatory
- CCNA Certification required
- Strong hands-on experience in Cisco routing, switching, and security technologies
- Experience with Aruba Wi-Fi, ClearPass, and Cisco ISE
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VLAN, VRF, VXLAN, VPN technologies
- Experience with Cisco SDA, DNA Center, Cisco Prime, and enterprise wireless infrastructure
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and NOC operations
- Strong troubleshooting and escalation handling capabilities
- Experience in manufacturing industry environments will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Fortinet firewall technologies
- Exposure to enterprise cybersecurity practices
- Knowledge of automation and scripting tools
- Experience handling large-scale enterprise/manufacturing network environments
