Job Title: Lead - Advanced Data Analytics and Insights
The Purpose of the Role
Be a part of the WI RM Analytics team within ARD-WI Analytics, driving advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and strategic insights to enable data-driven decision-making for the WI RM & Sales organization.

Analytics & Modeling
Design and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions.
Ensure robust validation and performance monitoring of models.
Data Management
Oversee data extraction, transformation, and integration from complex warehousing environments- EAP Strategy
Business Partnership
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
Present insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
Innovation
Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud platforms) to enhance analytics capabilities.
Impact
This role will directly influence WI RM strategy, optimize business processes, and improve KPIs through data-driven insights and innovation.
The Value You Deliver
Work closely with business partners in WI RM & Sales organization to understand project requirement and implement the same using sound data knowledge and experience
Data extraction: Extract data from appropriate sources in a complex warehousing environment. Require in-depth knowledge of data elements.
Profiling and analysis: Combine in-depth business knowledge, insights, and techniques such as data visualization, cross-tabs, statistical tests, and data mining techniques to identify insights and trends
This role will directly influence WI RM strategy, optimize business processes, and improve KPIs through data-driven insights and innovation.
Handle multiple projects in parallel with an eye to final packaging or finished deliverables
Build a reputation with partners as a person who can provide solutions to business problems
Focusing on innovation, and operating independently in an environment strongly engaged in creating impact for the business
Communicating and presenting the analysis/key findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Recommending an action plan for the business partners across WI RM and Sales organization
Projects can range from Strategic analysis to Data modelling to Prescriptive analysis.
Effectively communicate findings, concerns, ideas, project management elements to multiple stakeholders in an offshore-onshore environment
The Expertise we are Looking for
Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or MBA from a premier institution.
4+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, and predictive modeling.
Expertise in Python, R, SQL; experience with visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView).
Strong business storytelling and stakeholder management skills.

As a part of the WI Analytics team, this role will have the scope and potential to improve business processes and impact the business KPIs, through usage of Data Science and ML techniques.
