Role Summary:
We are seeking skilled Business Analysts to join our Expense Management team and help manage and administratively maintain a complex Telecom environment supported by a variety of Telecom providers.  The Staples environment is complex with over one thousand network circuits and millions of voice calls.

Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience:
6 years of experience in a Telecom Expense Management role.  Experience with Calero or similar TEM tools is a must.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Associates Degree in Business or Accounting.
• 6 years experience with Telecom Expense Management.
• 3 years hands on experience with Calero or a similar TEM tool.
• 2 years hands on experience with telecom vendor management.
• Strong ability to monitor and analyze telecommunication expenses to identify cost saving opportunities.
• Strong ability to audit telecom invoices to detect and resolve billing errors and discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel to manage large amounts of data and produce reports on telecom usage and expenses.
• Ability to work closely with business and finance teams to forecast telecom budgets and projected spend.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
