• As part of the People Analytics team, you will work with your manager to Influence business decisions by providing quantitative/qualitative data analysis, which will reveal insights and trends about business performance. 
• Utilize strong database and BI visualization skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights.
• Works with customers to develop and analyse data support needs. Communicate findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations to the business for improving business performance.
• Ensure that data and analysis is presented in a format that is appropriate for a varied audience using data visualization, dashboards, or other methods
• Developing functional & technical specifications for Business Analytics and BI projects.
• Participates in the work stream planning process, including the inception, technical design, development, testing, and delivery of data solutions.

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence systems, Data Warehousing and Data Analytics solution Implementation.
• Hands‐on experience in developing Power BI visualization with the utilization of DAX for data manipulation
• Understanding of data warehousing, data modelling concepts, and building new DW tables, SQL queries (Databricks knowledge preferred)
• Experience in scripting Python/R and Workday HR knowledge would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to
  effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
