Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

Note: Maximum 30 days Notice Period

We are looking for:

• Strong experience leading teams that deliver ML & DL models at Scale (3+ years leading teams, preferably in Marketing)
• Exposure to MMM/MTA, Lead Scoring, etc class of models that are used in marketing
• Strong experience working with Reinforcement Learning algorithms (minimum 2 years),including but not limited to Deep Reinforcement Learning, Q-learning, Dynamic Programming, Multi-Armed Bandits/Contextual Bandits, etc
• Strong proficiency with creating scalable and clean codes within Python
• Strong experience in SQL (mandatory)
• Experienced in creating reward systems required for Reinforcement Learning based approaches
• Minimum 5 years of Experience developing ML & DL models
• Strong focus on Project execution, management and quality delivery through Diligently following practices such as Agile
