Department

As part of Intelligent Automation - COE we provide Automation Solutions to improve Productivity using RPA, AI & Gen AI technologies. We work closely with business teams to identify the automation possibilities to improve TAT and efficiency through collaborative workshops and drive the projects from Discovery to Deployment.

Your responsibilities

• Leads the development and deployment of end-to-end intelligent automation solutions using AI/ML, GenAI/Agentic AI, RPA workflows, and advanced algorithms.
• Architect and implement scalable, efficient, and secure automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution requirements.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and implementation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to integrate into intelligent automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation systems for performance and reliability.
• Drive innovation through prototyping, experimentation, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Integrate automation solutions with different applications and services.
• Monitor automation solutions performance and system health, making adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance automation strategies and practices.

What you bring

• A University Graduate in CSE/IT/EEE/ECE or with equivalent qualification.
• Strong hands on experience with Python programming
• Knowledge in Other programming languages will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and frameworks
• Experience with RPA tools preferably Automation Anywhere.
• Expertise in API integration, microservices architecture, and system integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and process optimization.
• Passionate about high-quality code and following best practices in software development.
