Your Role

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React JS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product teams to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing features.
• Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Ensure applications are responsive, accessible and optimized for performance across all major browsers and devices.
• Design, build and maintain homegrown tools and internal platforms that enhance developer workflows, automation and productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and Agile ceremonies (Scrum).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools and best practices in frontend development.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in React JS.
• Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+), with strong understanding of web standards and accessibility.
• Knowledge in at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with common React libraries and tools, including:
  • Redux
  • React Router
  • Material-UI
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating them into frontend applications.
• Experience with modern development practices, including:
  • Git version control
  • Code review workflows
  • Agile methodologies
• Ability to work with and contribute to internally developed/homegrown tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
