Lead Performance Marketer (US B2B)About the Role

CUBE84 is looking for a Lead Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts for the US market.

This is not a campaign execution role. This is an ownership role.

You will be responsible for driving high-quality pipeline through Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, translating business objectives into performance marketing strategy, and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve outcomes. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive measurable business impact.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 3 years managing B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns.

  • Proven hands-on expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience running B2B LinkedIn campaigns targeting US audiences.

  • Strong understanding of US B2B buying cycles, CPL benchmarks, lead quality, and demand generation best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and communicate with strategic intent.

  • Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing spend against performance goals.

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills, including dashboard creation and performance analysis.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and reporting platforms.

ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Ownership
  • Own Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads end-to-end, including campaign strategy, account structure, execution, optimization, quality assurance, and budget management.

  • Drive performance against lead generation and pipeline goals.

Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Translate business objectives into scalable campaign strategies.

  • Define audience targeting, messaging, funnel structure, and conversion paths.

  • Develop and execute experiments to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Optimization & Decision Making
  • Independently make day-to-day optimization decisions based on campaign data.

  • Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, audience refinements, keyword optimization, and search term reviews.

  • Continuously improve CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards covering campaign performance, spend, lead generation, and budget pacing.

  • Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Communicate performance insights clearly to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with leadership and internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

  • Present ideas confidently, challenge assumptions when required, and contribute to overall growth strategy.
