Lead Product Owner

Working closely with our product and engineering teams, you will drive the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into our Capital Project Management solutions, creating intelligent tools that enhance customer value and boost revenue on a global scale.

• Vision & Strategy: Collaborate to refine features aligning with O&PS OKRs; communicate the vision to ensure shared direction.

• Drive Roadmap Execution: Own KRs, translate high-level requirements into developer-ready user stories, and plan iterations in an AI-first development cycle.

• Backlog Management: Partner with Product Management to prioritize and maintain the backlog for maximum business value and user needs.

• Champion Product Launch: Guide products from concept to launch, ensuring a user-centric, value-driven approach and market fit.

• Collaborate & Influence: Act as the product champion, aligning cross-functional teams around key milestones.

• Unlock Data Insights: Use strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data to shape Capital Project Management Solutions.

• Experience: 3+ years in Agile/SaaS Product Management or Engineering.

• Mindset: Open-minded, curious about customer problems, and passionate about applying new technologies to solve real-world challenges.

• Execution: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experienced in breaking down features, writing user stories, and launching enterprise platform products.

• Collaboration: Team player with a strong independent work ethic, able to informally guide new team members and build internal relationships.

• Tools & Methodologies: Proficient in Agile methodologies and JIRA; able to lead product development meetings and improve the product life cycle.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data, Computer Science, Information Science, Business, or IT.

• Attributes: Strategic, user-centric thinker with excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and time/project management skills.

• Familiarity with Capital Project Management programs.

• Experience with AI/ML framework implementation.

• Hands-on experience with AI-first product development tools.
   

• Location: Chennai, India

• Travel Requirement: 5% traveling required to meet business needs.
